I grew up in Hungary and Turkey, countries which are not really considered to be colonies but suffer heavily from similar economical and cultural effects. Although it is a softer version, to still witness the mechanism of globalized capitalism, I can't help fighting this system. Whether, I share DIY techniques instead of teaching product-design, or I choose to recycle bicycle inner tubes, or I curate exhibitions about environmental awareness, my message is the same: to change this system first we have to change our attitude and consumption.
